Thermorforming Technology
BK Plastics manufactures heavy gauge thermoformed parts, either vacuum formed, pressure formed or fabricated.
Vacuum forming: This process is ideal for short runs that do not require special details such as sharp radii, special textures, or undercut sections.
Pressure forming: When crisp features, surface detail undercut sections or deep drawn sections are required. This process produces parts that look like they were injection molded at much lower tooling costs.
Fabrication: When we CNC rout and heat bend or bond unit together. Good for temporary POP displays.
